Spokeo is making daily reoccuring fraudulent debit card transactions on my bank account.  Fortunately my bank recognized it as supecious and put a hold on my account.

I did login to the Spokeo site, but I never signed up for any ongoing service.  Evidently a subscription is automatically setup with reoccuring debit card transactions.  I tried to delete my account but could not.  How to info wasn't accurate and didn't match what I saw on the site.

I canceled my debit card and got a new one, but the fraudulent debits kept occuring daily.  Evidently they can call Visa and get my new number according to the bank.

I emailed my complaint to Spokeo customer service, and they replied asking for my card info, which I refused to give them.  I then tried to call customer service but that was a very strange experience,  They couldn't find any record of either my name or email address.  Spokeo said I should call the bank and have a 3 way conversation to try and resolve this.  this is just a runaround.  Customer service hung up on me.

I filed a complaint with the FTC and will look into filing a police or FBI complaint.
