I have been a client of Sprint for roughly 15 years, this is the first time I have dealt with a local store in 10 years, now I know why. I walked into this local store to purchase a new Iphone6S; however, I was told that Sprint wont just "sell" a phone; I would need to sign a 2 year contract in order to receive a phone. So, I agreed to do so. The salesman took my credit card, pulled up my account info ,and answered a few questions that I had. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I asked him specifically if anything pertaining to my discount(s) would be altered, to which I received a reply of "NO", he even ventured to show me the discount on a computer screen. Well, low and behold, less than 12 hours later I received a call and email from Sprint to inform me that due to a change in my plan criteria, I wouldnt be receiving my discount which I had previously had! By this time, I had already opened my new phone, loaded my settings, set up emails, etc. Now when I went to the store to cancel my sprint service due to my absolute disgust and disappointment in being blatantly lied to, I was told that there is a RESTOCKING FEE for the phone!! SO now they want to charge me to take back a phone for a transaction in which I was lied to, mislead, deceived? Furthermore, the worst part of this all is that the salesman actually signed the first 2 pages of the contract without my consent! When I finally had the chance to review my contract terms I see that he frivolously signed initials (the wrong ones!) on pages 1 and 2 of my agreement/contract. I called corporate, I called the store, I went to the store, my requests (not demands) were not met. I am not so upset that I have resorted to filing a BBB, Dept. Of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and FCC complaint. This will not go unnoticed. Fraud and deceptive business practices are not taken lightly, and I won't let down at this point. Beware of the Sprint Store on Beracasa Way, Boca Raton, Florida.  As of today (12 days later) the lies and deception continue. I was promised that a manager would add the discount back to my account and follow up with me.  That was 4 days ago.  My 14 day cancelation period expieres TUESDAY.  I was told today that they cant make any account adjustments until 2 weeks from now , when my bill is due!  More lies, more deception to trap me into a 2 year agreement of which 2 pages were fraudulently signed by an employee of Sprint.
