okay when  i first started my contact i was told this and that but was never mentioned any of these hidden fees so a few months go by my account got in the red lost my job and stuff so when i get it tunred back on they keep jacking up my rates and stuff said they would waive the cut off fee im sick of paying a extra 15$ a month when there is no need
