I am again complaining here as I get no help unless I do. After three months of complaining I was contacted by an executive analysis employee who refused to adjust my bill for overcharges since Oct 2015; even though a Sprint Customer Service Manager told me on February 27th, 2016 that he had received permission to refund any amount over what my plan should have been since I first was put on the 4 line plan.

The offer by 5 different Sprint employees/managers was the following:

4 lines of service, no access fees, including phone lease charges for $160.00 per month. I could not afford more, however I was forced to keep calling in to secure this promised price quote. Each time my plan would be changed, it would become more convoluted and confusing, and then I would be charged up to $283.00 per month! I would never agree to that price!

Bill, a Sprint executive analysist promised to work with me and listen, yet instead argued with me, became angry and irritated, and refused to even look at the conversation on 2/27/2016. On this day, I spent three hours explaining my issue to several Sprint employees. I finally got a customer support manager to listen to me and agree to credit me the amount I was overcharged dating back to October 2015 bill.

I spent 20 minutes on hold as the customer service manager took notes of our call and his account changes to get me on the line I was promised. Bill said that two of my lines clicked "agree" when prompted to add additional high speed data. I had no idea about this, as it was sent to my children's lines. My children are minors, and should never have received an offer for additional high speed data. They are both autistic and not capable to agree to a contract.

I paid Sprint $3,083 over the past 15 months, and all I am asking for is for Sprint to believe me and take responsibility for what its employees promise. Bill told me it was my fault my bill is convoluted because I kept calling in to change plans. That is not true! I had to call in at least a dozen plans to ensure the plan that Michelle implemented in October. Sprint has proven that it could care less about the customer, only about being right! Now I do need to file in court to subpoena the phone recordings where five Sprint employees quoted me a plan.

Now I am forced to file a complaint with the FTC and FCC, and file in small claims court in order to get the recorded calls which prove that I was promised the above plan. Sprint lost a long and loyal customer, as my husband and I have lines with sprint off and on for the past 20 years.
