Michael came in priced out my job bragged about getting evrything so cheap and how he gets most of his material from abbey lumber for free and took the money and never finished.
he lied the whole time he was in the yard , he was gonna do this he was gonna do that. i paid him extra for a sliding door and i have yet to see that to . now he does not answer the phone . it seems as if he never got the proper permit the deck he was doing is not even straight the measurements are all wrong .
My yard is a complete disaster he left everything in the way there is still a three foot whole in my yard for a footing he never put in . he is a low life and no one should ever use him again.

Money talks and bullsh* walks
This l*****n couple owes me Over $3000..... The Woman that signed the contract made many promises about paying for the job from day one she reassured me it would be paid it was just gonna take time to access the money from her 401k and an account that the girlfriend doesnt know about and I kept hearing this throughout the job
when the contract was signed it was only supposed to be replacement of the boards but when the original boards were taken down we realized the old wood was to worn and old to be reused the customer AGREED to pay for TOTAL add-on price of a completely new deck ..NOW, my mistake was not signing a new contract with the customer something I will never ever do again..!!!! Because all i Got was empty promises.
The customer was told before the start of the job to go get all required permits for the deck and pool .she said she was gonna pass on that and only get them if necessary .
After weeks of BS about the $$ these 2 couldnt get there stories straight. the sliding door was never given to them cause to much $ was owed for the job and now Im out on that also cause it was a custom order that cant be returned. I dont know how these losers can sleep at night!!!!!
