Decided to cancel service with this company, internet based phone company, decided service was not for me , sent email to cancel in march received a confirmation email on april 4th: This is the actual email...

Dear sirs, It has been 6 days since I received this e-mail and I have not
seen anything or heard from anyone to confirm my cancellation, please
advise??

I lost track of this because no one ever called me , so looking at my bank statements these guys have been charging me all along, so I call to ask why and to try and get refunded they begin to tell me that you have to cancel via a phone call per the terms and conditions, and yes they are correct,but why was that not mentioned in my answered email??? Maybe the customer service sucks...., So I get the service cancelled finally after three month, and now July 1st 2009 I have a $99.95 disconnect fee, which is in the terms and agreement as well, but was not mentioned in the two phone conversations I had with customer service, which once again says the customer service reps. suck. So basically Im out about $160 for services never rendered, These guys fool you with their bright shing $4.95 a month for the first three months and then regular charges apply, but they never mention you have to keep the service for two years and and you have to call for cancellations, their just like a credit card company and hide all the technicals, I think these companys should be required to post all this hidden money making schemes on their front webpage and not hidden where you have to research for an hour...., All this crap needs to stop in my opinion...I stopped using their service in april 2009 and I dont think I should have to pay for something I didnt use!
