Famous Footwear Michael Moore, District Manager Fraud, Theft, Unjust Practices Union Gap, Washington

 i want to infom the public of the type of practices that are taking place at all famous footwear retail shoe stores.

i was a assistant manager at famous footwear, and in november of 2011 i found out that the store manager and district manager were scaming and defrauding vendors.  the scam involved returning shoes left behind by shoplifters, and labeling them as defective shoes to gain a credit from vendors, such as nike, reebok, kswiss.  i confronted the managers and was told that if more stores in the company would do this, it could save thousands for the company.  i told the managers that this was dishonest and i didnt want to take part in this at all, because it was dishonest.  i later was retaliated against and mistreated.  

i contacted human rights but because the type retaliation had to do with theft and fraud , it didnt fall in any category of theres to pursue litigation.  i was told that i needed to pursue this in private litigation.
