Alan E. Steinmark's daughter, Dina Soliman, and son-in-law John Ramses Soliman embezzled over $242,000 out of a spot-building company account "JMS Construction and Design-Build".  This money contained my insured personal-injury funds from a tragic head-on collision in which John Ramses Soliman arranged two interns to attempt an unannounced PTSD-diagnosis as my awakening experience from a 30hr induced coma in Nassau University Medical Center's ICU with no requesting Doctor's authority.  John produced a falsified cash-call for the same amount I received $75,000.

With Michael Weinreb, a disbarred attorney advising John Ramses Soliman on how to terrorize my survive in fraud for the sake of $2.5M of my development shares, and Alan Weinreb feeding them my personal files as my attorney, John not only had Dina Steinmark Soliman deposit the $242,000 check written out of our company account into their names.  John also prepared falsified IRS tax filings claiming I gained $152,000.  Since John & Dina Soliman were acting as governless as the disbarred Michael Weinreb and the fake-attorney Alan Weinreb (who didn't even retrive my medical records nor Case Report), I had no choice but to take John & Dina Soliman to Nassau County's small claims court just to have the tax filings for JMS corrected to real figures.

There we were in the Nassau County Courtroom meeting Alan Weinreb's close friends/family in a mediation attempt.  People I recall meeting at John and Dina's son's Christening.  It was disturbing how nonchalant all their attitudes were as Alan Weinreb's influence in this courtroom was obvious.  When John Ramses Soliman stated to the Judge that "The tax filing is based on bank records" I replied "I have an audit of the bank records prepared by an accountant that shows his statement as false".  This is when John Ramses Soliman became the first and only Defendant to tell the Judge what the outcome is to be and said with full confidence "Well Judge it sounds like a simple tax ammendment" and the Judge immediately ordered that correction without even awarding the Court fees.  And that's how Alan E. Steinmark's daughter, Dina Steinmark and son-in-law, John Ramses Soliman got away with perjury under oath in a Nassau County Courtroom that Alan once delivered minor drug dealers into as an FBI agent.

It's also how a Federal employee, a Department of Homeland Security employee, managed to control the courthouse to protect his daughter and Son-in-law while they imposed tax-fraud that I have yet to recover from a decade later.  It was humorous to John, Dina, and Alan's courtroom friends/family.  They all exhibited no regards to the disgrace of filing false instrument of tax-records to the Internal Revenue Service, even though Alan was a federal employee.  A Department of Homeland Security employee that helped his daughter & son-in-law terrorize my survival as John was being advised by the disbarred Michael Weinreb on how to do so.

In Senior year at Hicksville High School Dina Steinmark was impregnated by John Ramses Soliman's closest friend and fellow car-parts' thief.  John ended up driving Dina to the abortion clinic to kill that unborn child of Dina Steinmark's.  15years later John Ramses Soliman allegedly consulted with Michael Weinreb during my 30hr induced coma on how to alter my ICU-medical experience in a hospital with a history of fraudulent activities that lead to Michael Weinreb's disbarment.

Still haven't been paid my $102,000 which contained $55,000 of my insured personal injury funds from a tragedy that claimed all three other's lives.  A tragedy that even the NUMC Psych. Intern T. Shakir would not tell me the outcome of while attempting to diagnose me with PTSD unannounced and pre-arranged by John Ramses Soliman, Wageeh Soliman, and Michael Weinreb during my 30hr induced coma by Dr. Charles Ruotolo.
