RIVERSIDE COUNTY CPS KIDNAPPED FROM SCHOOL TEMECULA California

 My nine year old child has some behavorial problems and I went to his school and tried to get help from them and was turned away. I then turned to his pediatrician looking for help,all I got from her was a prescription for medication in which I did not want and still dont want. Long story short I went and found help for my child on my own, its a process but im doing what I have to do...well last month CPS came out to my home investigating some stories my child had been telling at school,she came and my son showed his true colors while she was here. A fews days later yet another CPS worker came to my home with the police with more accusations of abuse in which my son admitted that he beats his self up when angry next thing I know im being contacted by the Hemet police department that my son is being taken from school and sent to Riverside for a 72hr 5150 evaluation, a few hours later I get a call from CPS saying my child is being removed from my custody for child neglect,child endangerment and all kids of stuff. I feel that they are saying im guilty until proven innocent,they wont tell me where he is or let me talk to him. How is it legal for a school to leave a parent out of the loop when my child is acting out at school for months and go straight to CPS and how is it legal for them( the school and CPS) to not hear my side out and just believe a child with issues,even at court I felt like I didnt even have a voice. I miss my baby and really dont believe this is far or right, I need legal help,advice and/or counsel
