Tickbox TV Tickbox TV is a Rip Off sandy springs Georgia

June 16th I purchased three tv boxes from tickbox and I received them in about 4 days. When I hooked one of the boxes and went through the process of connecting the box I couldn't get alot of the channels and the main screen would cut out andgo blank and you would have to keep rebooting the box and the tech support was no help at all. So I got tired of it and wanted my money back.

I was told to send the boxes back and once they received the boxes I should receive my refuund in 7 business days ok well it's been another two weeks and I still haven't received my money and now they are telling me to check with my banking institution and any idiot would know that any money received by any bank posts immediately according to the time it wasreceived.

If you buy from these people you do so at your own risk and good luck because you're definatelygonna need it because they're product is defective and they're return policy SUCKS........
