Naked Wines Continued charging credit card after canceling twice

Received a promotion card for a case of wine (12 bottles) for $79 with an order for cigars. When you take advantage of this promotion, you become an "Angel Investor" to supposedly fund winemakers. You are supposedly put in a queue to be an "angel". After receiving the shipment, I canceled the angel program prior to my place in queue being served and I thought that I was finished.

Naked Wines charged my credit card for $40 after the online cancelation. I called their customer service number and canceled again. Naked Wines never issued a credit to my credit card and continued charging the card for $40. I have called them again to cancel. We'll see if the 3rd time is the charm.
