Oliver Evans described Shark Design business located in Miami Florida as a state of the art, award winning, design and engineering, marketing business.  He invited my client as a customers to visit his busy office in Miami.  In fact, Shark Design office in Miami is a virtual office as were all of his previous businesses in Miami.

During the transaction with an individual and her company, Shark Design as Evans request was sent by bank wire over $50,000 to be held in trust by the company to hold until the custom decided whether she wanted him to proceed.  Oliver represented that he would return the funds immediately if the customer did not executed his business contract.  Within a business day or two after Shark's bank received the funds, the customer advised him that she did not wish to proceed and to for Shark to return her funds.  The next day after Oliver giving excuses, Oliver told the customer Shark was going to keep all the money and that the customer "had forfeited" the entire amount and wrote that the customer she get an attorney and try to collect.

After research, it is learned that he has ripped people off for subtantial funds.  He is near impossible to physically locate, and he recently stiff a lender for around $250,000.  If anyone puts a negative review on line, it is followed with good reviews from questional persons or companies.  Before considering going into any business with Shark, conduct a extensive due diligence and ask for an appointment to meet him and ascertain his real location.  According to my research, he is a no show and hides his location.  I have good reason to believe he is a scam artist.  Check out litigation filed in Florida against him and Shark Design.

I have a belief that he participates in crowd funding also and may have left the project with non-performance.  This is currently be investigate.

Shark Designs website is misleading. The Miami Team has not been involved for a long while and one invididual said he didn't even know was still on the website.  Best information is Oliver Evans moved to Dubia in April 2024.  I expect Oliver may write a rebuttal, but it will be bogus.

Why would you want to give the details of a new product or invention to a foreign company that can knock it off in a Middle East market or other foreign market, and you would not be the wiser.  An NDA with an American company becomes near worthless.  BE CAUTIOUS!  Do your Due Diligence.
