I ordered online Thursday morning for a Friday delivery.  Not only did it NOT show up but calling and trying to speak to someone was near impossible.  It would say to press #1 or #2.  #1 was to speak to someone about whatever issue and #2 was to talk to someone to order.  No one would answer when pressing #1 of which I called more then a dozen times,  After pressing #2 and, actually talking to someone, they would correct me and say it was for ordering a pizza.

I would let them know I was aware but they don't answer when I press #1 and that's why I pressed #2.  They acted as if they were transfering me and I would get hung up on.  Once again, I called over a dozen times.  I had one guy argue and hung up on me.  Two times I called asking to speak to a manager and got hung up on.  Every "Employee" I talked to felt as though it was a scammer and it was making me nervious.

I ended up driving over, door was locked and when looking through the window, got the impression they were getting ready to move.  The only thing up and running was the drive through.

Foolishy they wanted me to review.  I wrote a bad one because I couldn't speak to anyone.  Even calling the Corporate office wasn't happening because, yet again, no answer.  I felt I got ripped off.

After threatening to contact the BBB and writing a review on Ripoff, I hear from a person from Pizza Hut who apologized and cancelled my order so I didn't get charged.

Even though it ended well for me, it's sad I had to threaten for me to get results.  If you want to continue doing business with this company, just know ordering online at this location should be avoided.  I'm not sure about the others but I wouldn't chance it.
