They advertise they can unlock your phone from a carrier network. I did all my research and found out my phone just needed to be unlocked from T-Mobile, but they make you pay 3 different payments to get to the point of using their service, but it doesn't work. If you keep paying them more for their service, they keep saying: "Follow these step carefully, as long as you have the correct code it will work 100%"
However, it never works, and after you have paid hundreds of dollars, they will not refund amny money "according to their refund policy", they will only "credit you to their account to continue using it (typical scammers).

It's definitely a scam

The only entity that can unlock your phone is the carrier that sold it to you. They are the only ones who have the codes since they are the ones who locked it in the first place. A third party not affiliated with the carrier is not going to have those codes. There isn't some magic sequence of button presses that will make the phone unlocked without a valid code, any more so than there is a cheat code to get free cash from an ATM. These guys are just scammers hoping to profit from the 90% of people who are not going to jump through hoops requesting a refund.

They agreed to refund the cost of the attempted unlocking, so not a scam, it just didn't work for my phone.
