I even try to cancel my transaction and they still got my money.

Blink Health Works, It's Not A Scam

AUTHOR: Optimo - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 25, 2019

I have used Blink Health for over a year and have had no issues dealing with the company when it came to placing or cancelling orders, or receiving a refund.

The only number you need to provide the pharmacy is your RxBIN number. If you give Blink Health your cell phone number, they send you an image via text that shows your name, member ID, RxBIN, RxGroup, RxPCN, what you owe the pharmacy, and it shows a partial name of the drug you ordered along with the amount ordered and dosage (ex: G***** 30 tablets, 5mg).

Concerning the problem this person is facing, however, it is true that Walgreens does not accept Blink Health. Nor does CVS or Rite-Aid anymore. I used to get my prescriptions from CVS, then CVS stopped taking BH, so I switched to Rite Aid, then THEY stopped taking BH, too. So I switched my pharmacy to Walmart and have had no issues since.

There is a list of pharmacies that accept Blink Health on their website. You just need to make sure your pharmacy is on that list beforehand. Otherwise, you'll have to possibly wait a few hours or days while your prescription is transferred from one chain to another.

It's not as convenient when every corner store's pharmacy doesn't accept Blink, sure, but using Blink has saved me over a thousand dollars so far on my prescriptions that my medical insurance doesn't cover.

Works for me

AUTHOR: Wanda - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, May 25, 2017

The first time I used blink I was nervous because as you stated, you must pay before you get your prescription. I went to CVS with the printed receipt I received from blink. The clerk said she had never heard of them before but took the paper to the computer, entered the numbers on the receipt and everything worked fine. She handed me my prescription and that was it. I have used it many times since and all the pharmacies I use are accustomed to the program so now it's become even easier, I just hand them my phone, that has the blink app. I have insurance but I rarely use it because blink and goodrx are usually cheaper. If you google both companies you'll find many articles written about them, they're very legitimate and will save you a lot of money.

Works great at Walgreens and Rite Aid

AUTHOR: RIuser - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, February 06, 2017

I brought a printout from Blink website to the pharmacies listed above. Walgreens was familiar with them, and assured me they legitimate. Rite Aid had never heard of Blink, however I was anxious to see if I could save over $40 per month as their posted prices reflected. Sure enough, I showed the pharmacist the receipt, and it went through without a hitch! Using due diligence, this company legitimately negotiates with the pharmaceutical companies for a lower price, than I was paying with my Blue Cross. I expect this company will eventually be heard of everywhere. I am writing this as I am grateful that I can now afford a med, that was getting difficult to pay for otherwise.
